What exactly is included for $125 a year?+
Registered agent service for one company in one state, same-day scanning of service of process and state mail with plain-English summaries and SMS alerts, a compliance calendar, unlimited document storage, unlimited users and tasks, our address on public filings, and annual report preparation and filing. The only extra is the state's own filing fee, which we pass through at cost.
How is this cheaper than Northwest if the price is the same?+
Northwest's registered agent service is $125/yr, but filing your annual report for you costs another $100 plus the state fee. We include annual report filing in the $125, form new companies for $0 instead of $39 (both include the first year of agent service), and charge $99 per state at 5+ states.
Do I still need to file a BOI report?+
Not for companies formed in the US. FinCEN exempted domestic companies in March 2025 and made that permanent in a final rule in August 2026. Only companies formed under foreign law and registered in a US state still report. We track it for you either way.
Who actually handles my documents?+
Our in-state offices receive service of process in person during business hours. Every notice is scanned and logged the same day, a person reviews every critical notice before you are alerted, and nothing is ever filed without your approval.
