Med spa FAQ
Who is this for?+
Physician-owned practices, NP/RN-led med spas working with a medical director, and non-physician owners operating through an MSO / friendly-PC structure. Multi-location groups and MSOs get per-location tracking and one roll-up view.
Do you give legal advice on corporate practice of medicine?+
No. We are not a law firm. We track the structure documents your state's rules call for, flag gaps, and refer state-specific questions to independent healthcare attorneys in our network.
Is the receptionist safe for patient calls?+
Med spa lines run in HIPAA mode: the receptionist collects only the minimum (name, callback number, reason, preferred time), never gives clinical advice, and routes emergencies to 911. We sign a business associate agreement and use vendors that sign BAAs with us.
What happens when a license is about to expire?+
We open a task 60–90 days out, emails and texts the responsible person, and escalates to the owner if nothing has been uploaded by 14 days out.
Open (or clean up) your med spa the compliant way.
