What we are

Everstanding provides registered agent services, document preparation and filing, compliance tracking, mail handling, telephone answering and bookkeeping support. We are not a law firm or CPA firm and do not give legal, tax or medical advice. Filings are submitted only after the account owner approves them.

Fees

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. State and government fees are passed through at cost. If a state late fee results from a deadline Everstanding was responsible for, Everstanding pays it.

Your data

Documents are stored encrypted and are accessible only to members of your account and authorized Everstanding staff. We do not sell personal information. Service providers process data only under contracts that limit its use to providing our services. Med spa accounts receive a HIPAA business associate agreement, and patient health information is limited to what answering and compliance services require.
